Bahrain's Edamah issues RFP for educational park project in Isa Town

Bidders are being called on to submit proposals for the park's concept and development in Isa Town's educational area

Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah) has floated a request for proposal (RFP) to develop an educational park in Isa Town.

Edamah requires bidders to submit proposals for the park’s concept and development in Isa Town’s educational area.

The developer plans to enter a direct ground lease agreement for the park’s proposed concept.

Bids in response to the RFP must be submitted by 24 July, with the tender planned to open on 25 July.

According to a Tender Board filing, bids must be submitted with an initial bond of $13,263 (BHD5,000) that is valid for four months.

Tender documents can be purchased for $265 (BHD100) from Bahrain Tender Board’s e-portal, https://e-tendering.tenderboard.gov.bh.
