Design tender floated for Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs HQ

Design and interior fit-out contractors are sought for revamp works within some areas of the headquarters in Manama

A tender has been floated seeking design and interior fit-out works for the headquarters building of Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The ministry’s project and maintenance section has proposed the revamp of the structure, located in Manama.

Activities covered within the tender include renovations and the establishment of three meeting rooms, two prayer rooms, and a third-floor service area to include a café, a smoking hall, and a cabinet to display awards.

The tender closes on 24 July, 2019, according to a listing by Bahrain’s Tender Board, and bids will be opened on 25 July.

Interested parties may purchase the tender for $80 (BHD30), and bids must be accompanied by an initial bond worth $1,326 (BHD500).
