Gaj wins contract for Rumanza Clubhouse in Multan, Pakistan
Developed by Defence Housing Authority, the facility will be part of Pakistan's first Sir Nick Faldo Signature 18-hole golf course
British architectural and design firm Godwin Austen Johnson (Gaj) has been picked by Pakistan’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) as the lead architecture and interior design consultant for the concept design of the Rumanza Clubhouse project in Multan.
In a statement, Gaj revealed that the building, which will be part of the Asian nation’s first Sir Nick Faldo Signature 18-hole golf course, will open in 2020.
In addition to concept design, architecture, and interior design, Gaj will provide specialist lighting services for the project.
Commenting on the contract, managing partner of Gaj, Brian Johnson, said: “The new project which will serve as an inspiration for golfers in Pakistan, helping to develop the sport and provide a prestigious residential and leisure development.
“Once completed, the clubhouse will put the finishing touches on what is sure to be an award-winning facility in Pakistan.”
