Dubai-owned Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) has opened its ninth service station in the emirate of Fujairah, the 4,800m2 Al Faseel petrol pump that is equipped with six dispensers, which have been built on retractable hoses to allow car refuelling from both sides.

The station has been designed to meet with the maximum flow rate capacity in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) safety standards.

Enoc said that the station was also fitted with LED lights to reduce energy consumption by 50% and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air-conditioning systems to save 35% consumption compared to traditional AC units.

Vapour recovery systems have also been fitted at the station in order to prevent and control emissions.

The Al Faseel station features Enoc’s 24 hour Zoom convenience store, along with Popeye’s, Paavo’s Pizza, and Starbucks outlets.
