Construction reaches 61% at Mina by Azizi on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah
Blockwork and internal plastering on East Crescent project have exceeded 85% and 70%, Azizi Developments says
Construction on Azizi Developments’ Mina by Azizi project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah has passed the 61% mark, with blockwork and internal plastering respectively passing 85% and 70%.
In a statement, the Dubai developer said heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning progress stood at roughly 50%, with work on tiling, swimming pools, façades, elevator installation, and overall finishes also “advancing swiftly”.
Located on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Mina by Azizi has a total gross floor area of 2.2ha.
More than 69% of Mina by Azizi’s total area is allocated for gardens, a children’s play area, a jogging track, and outdoor spaces.
In a statement, Farhad Azizi, Azizi Developments’ chief executive officer, said Mina by Azizi’s speedy construction was a testament to the developer’s “customer-first mindset and clear commitment to deliver on [its] promises”.
He added: “With our focus on transparency, we deliver timely updates to keep our customers well-informed at all times."
The news comes as Azizi Developments looks to hand over the 178-residence project – spread across 120 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom, and four penthouse units – by December 2019.
