Dubai's Nakheel now leasing for 'high-end' Nad Al Sheba villas

Dubai real estate developer Nakheel has unveiled leasing plans for the first phase of its Nad Al Sheba residential project that will contain 1,572 Mediterranean- and Moroccan-style villas, with annual leases for the 'high-end' four- and five-bedroom homes starting at $32,300 (AED118,750).

Nakheel said building work was progressing on the community’s 5km cycling and jogging tracks, as well as its clubhouse, pool, gym, and sports courts.

Also being developed as part of the Nakheel community is Nad Al Sheba Mall, which will comprise 200 shops, restaurants, and entertainment services.
