UAE real estate developer Bloom Properties, part of Bloom Holding, has started the handover of homes within its Park View development, close to New York University Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island, a project for which Bloom named a joint venture of Tharwaa and Al Mansouri 3B as main contractor in August 2016.

The building comprises 234 homes across studio and one- to three-bedroom layouts.

Commenting on the project, Bloom Holding’s acting chief executive officer, Jeremy Lester, said: “The handover of the Park View development is an important milestone for us in 2019.

“It shows our ongoing commitment to creating integrated and sustainable communities for the benefit of our investors and residents.

“We look forward to welcoming our new owners and tenants to their homes.”
