Hospitality chain Shaza Hotels has expanded its footprint in the UAE with the opening of the Al Badayer Oasis property, which will be owned by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), as part of its Sharjah Collection by Mysk portfolio.

The hotel, which comprises 21 rooms and 10 tents, is the third Shaza property to open in the emirate.

The property will also feature an Emirati cuisine restaurant, as well as two meeting rooms, a indoor pool, and a gym.

Commenting on the opening, Shaza Hotels' president and chief executive officer, Simon Coombs, said: “[The property] is a superb addition to our growing portfolio of hotels in the Middle East.

"This latest opening creates a travel circuit for visitors to discover the culture, traditional Arabian hospitality, and natural beauty of the Emirate of Sharjah.”
