The Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) in collaboration with the Al Dhafra Municipality has completed construction work on the 18,300m2 ladies-only beach project in the Al Sila city, which is in close proximity to the Al Sila port in the Al Dhafra region.
The scope of work included the construction of eight utility buildings with a total built-up area of 790m2, including administrative offices, security facilities, lifeguard facilities, a car park, restrooms, a women’s majlis, restaurants, retail outlets, as well as public and utility facilities.

The project intends to provide women leisure services in line with international standards in a safe and healthy environment, while maintaining their privacy and observing the values, customs, and traditions of the UAE community.
The Al Dhafra Municipality affirmed that the execution of the project was guided by the UAE leadership who have directed the provision of the best leisure and recreational services aimed at benefitting members of the community.
In addition to enhancing the beauty of the beach, the project also aimed to develop a destination for women to practice swimming and stay comfortable.
