Dubai-based Concordia Integrated Facility Management has been awarded a contract to provide cleaning services for the Dubai Water Canal Project
In an exclusive statement to Construction Week, the firm said that the project will cover services across more than 5km, starting from Sheikh Zayed Road to Jumeirah Beach Road, on both sides of the water canal.
Concordia has signed the contract for an initial term of one year, and will self-deliver the services with its own staff.
The facilities management firm has already begun partial mobilisation on site as part of the project.
Concordia currently services multiple master communities with more than 1,400 people managing over 1.9km2 of residential and commercial property, including more than 60 towers, schools, retail establishments, and hotels.
The firm offers a full suite of in-house services including but not limited to MEP, energy management, fit-out management, cleaning, and security.
In addition, it also provides specialised services such as rope access, parking management, security systems maintenance, and pool maintenance.
