UAE-based real estate development company, Aurora Real Estate Development, has started the handover of its $42.1m (AED 155m) Hyati Avenues development in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle.
The development was completed ahead of the construction program and comprises 19 townhouses and 103 apartments including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
The apartment building will be 8 storeys and the recreational areas of Hyati Avenue will include a kids’ play area, a landscaped area with two water features, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a gym.
Interior designer Davide Algranti was responsible for the design of Hyati Avenue, who has worked on The Address Hotel Boulevard, The Address Hotel in Dubai and The Jeddah Corniche Tower in Saudi Arabia.
Aurora carried out construction works with its associated companies under ECC Group which includes: Engineering Contracting Company (ECC), Abanos Interior Fit-out and Joinery, Prime Metal Industries (PMI), United Masters Electromechanical (UME) and ECC Renovations.
