UAE’s Samana Developers has begun the handover of the first keys of the $20.4m (AED75m) Samana Greens residential project to tenants.
Samana Developers was awarded the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) for the project recently by Dubai Development Authority.
The G+4 Samana Greens occupies a built-up area of 11,109m2 and comprises 122 residential units offering studio apartments, one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with six retail spaces at the ground level.
Samana Developers managed to fast-track the construction by introducing double shift of workers, keeping an eye on workers’ health, remote monitoring projects through CCTV cameras installed at the site and connecting them to Samana’s back-office. These measures helped Samana to complete the construction on-time.
Samana recently announced that on the back of record sales revenues in 2020, it has increased the company’s headcount by 55% for 2021 to double up sales revenue.
In addition, the company plans to launch three new residential projects in Dubai in 2021.
Commenting on the project handover commencement, Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Samana Developers, said: “It is a milestone achievement for the entire team of Samana Developers, its contractors and consultants. Keeping the momentum and consistent in construction was an uphill task during the pandemic lockdown period.”
