Emaar Properties has revaled its plans for The Address Residence Sky View in Downtown Dubai.
The project is a 50-storey twin tower complex with a sky bridge podium linking the towers at the top.
This podium level will contain a restaurant, ballroom, an infinity pool and an amenity deck. It will offer 360-degree views of Downtown Dubai and out to the Arabian Gulf.
The towers, which have been designed by Burj Khalifa designer Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, will contain a new 180-bed business hotel, as well as 532 residences and serviced apartments which will link directly to Dubai Mall and to the city’s Metro system.
The firm said that it is launching the new project simultaneously in Dubai and Riyadh following “overhwhelming” investor response to recently-launched schemes such as The Address The BLVD and The Address Fountain Views.
Emaar chairman Mohamed Alabbar said: “The Address Residence Sky View will be another impressive, iconic structure to the Dubai skyline, offering unparalleled views of Downtown Dubai and beyond.
“The Address Residence Sky View will become the referral point for all future projects from design and architecture to its host of services, while focusing on creating prime real estate assets in Dubai that contribute to the city’s economy,” he said.
Emaar said investors can pre-register for the launch on its website from 10am on Wednesday. The properties will go on sale on a first-registered, first-served basis on March 3.
