Dubai developer Nakheel has has floated a tender for the construction of 84 townhouses at residential development Jumeirah Islands.
The townhouses are to be located against a backdrop of lakes, parkland and water features, including a large swimming pool, in addition to a range of amenities inlcuding shops, restaurants and a fitness centre.
Jumeirah Islands is set across 300 hectares of land, consisting of four and five bedroom villas designed for families. The 736 villas are arranged in 50 clusters each containing 16 villas, forming a series of  neighbourhoods.
In June Nakheel announced that the development will get a new leisure, dining and shopping hub by the end of 2015. Construction is set to take place in Q4 2013.
The deadline for tenders is noon on 6 November, 2013.
