Pivot Engineering and General Contracting has received four Letter of Awards (LoA) from Damac Properties for the construction of 374 luxury villas at the Akoya project in Dubai.
Akoya by Damac, named after the akoya pearl, is a village in a parkland setting, overlooking the world-class Trump International Golf Club, the first in the Middle East.
Pivot has been awarded the construction of 110 villas at Trump Estates, each with an average built-up area of 568m2; 94 villas at The Field, each 397m2; 86 villas at The Flora (376m2); and 84 villas at The Turf (363m2).
The scope of works include all civil and MEP works and all four projects are scheduled for completion in 2015.
