Saudi Arabian developer Emaar Middle East says it is developing four projects at its flagship mixed-use Jeddah Gate development in Jeddah’s downtown district.
Jeddah Gate is a mixed-use development spread over approximately 400,000m² of land in Jeddah’s downtwon district, which will feature residential and serviced apartments, office space, retail space, hospitality, schools, outdoor plazas, gardens and pedestrian walkways over a series of phases.
Managing director Fadi Shaher El Borno said: “On average each of the three residential projects is going to have approximately 270 units and they are going to be each three buildings on a podium.
“So hopefully over the span of the next three years we have a sizeable residential supply that’s going to enter the Jeddah market at Jeddah Gate.
“The hospitality project will be a hotel and serviced apartments. We are working with an international consultant on the concept and hopefully we will take it forward all the way to tender.”
