Nakheel has floated a tender to develop the Nad Al Sheba Residential Community in Dubai.
The proposed development is located on a 120 hectare plot, consisting of three and four bedroom villas for lease.
Nakheel has floated three seperate packages for villa construction totalling 1,439 plus associated infrastructure works.
Companies can collect tender documents from 24 December and must return them by 25 January 2015.
Nad Al Sheba is located west of International City on the west side of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
