Al Habtoor Group will unveil its luxury residential project, The Residence Collection, Al Habtoor City at Cityscape Global this week, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre between 08 and 10 September, 2015.

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, founder and chairman of Al Habtoor Group is set to be at the event during the project’s launch.

He said: “We are extremely delighted to present this unique, new luxury landmark in the heart of Dubai.

“Al Habtoor City will be an all-encompassing hospitality, residential and leisure destination in Dubai with unparalleled amenities.”

The project spans a total built up area of 80ha (8.5 million sqf), and includes hospitality, residential, and retail space.

It marks Al Habtoor Group’s first appearance at Cityscape Global.

The development is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, and will be integrated into the RTA network, including rail and water taxis. 

Al Habtoor said: “Al Habtoor City is close to Business Bay, and the Dubai International Financial Centre, as well as the city’s major malls.”

Al Habtoor City also comprises three five-star Starwood branded hotels (The St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai – Al Habtoor City, and Westin Dubai, Al Habtoor City), three luxury residential towers, and permanent Las Vegas-style theatrical production by Dragone – a cultural creation company in the world.

The new community with also incorporate a supermarket chain, a clinic and pharmacy, and more than 5,000 car secure parking spaces.

Al Habtoor said: “The demand is rising for high-end mixed-use living. Today’s modern families are seeking integrated communities with everything under one roof.”

As Al Habtoor Group is about to open the St. Regis Dubai, the first of the three luxury hotels at Al Habtoor City, in October 2015.
