Master developer Dubai Properties (DP) announced the start of the construction of its project, 1/JBR, located at the entrance of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).
The tower development was officially announced during Cityscape Global 2015.
The construction started with site mobilising and enabling works by the end of January 2016. Final design has been completed and is in the final stage of approval with the authorities.
Marwan Al Kindi, executive director, sales and operations said: “This ground breaking marks an important phase of this development, reinforcing our commitment to delivering key projects at one of the Emirate’s most sought-after beachfront destinations, JBR.”
Set for handover in early 2019, the tower will offer luxury living with every apartment offering panoramic sea views.
Encompassing two- to four-bedroom apartments and five-bedroom penthouses with exquisitely crafted interiors, 1/JBR is a 46-storey tower, with 153 units.
Sections of the tower will be released for sale in different markets.
