Bloom Properties has announced the launch of 49 residences and 7,000 sqm of office space at Bloom Central.
Bloom Central, located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, is a 25-storey mixed-use project comprising two blocks.
The first block consists of 64 serviced Marriott Executive Apartments, 49 two- and three-bedroom apartments in Bloom Residences and 7,000 sqm of office space spread across five storeys.Â
The second block will be home to the 315-room Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi which is set for completion and handover in summer 2016.
Once Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi opens, Bloom Residences and Bloom Central residents will have access to all of its facilities, including five restaurants, conference and meeting areas, spa, buisness lounge and parking facilities.Â
