Turkey’s Limak Group and its local agent, Kharafi National, has been awarded a contract to build a new $4.34bn (KWD1.31bn) airport terminal in Kuwait.
The project will be carried out over six years, according to Kuwait’s Public Works Minister Ali al-Omair as cited by Reuters.
He added that the project is “one of the biggest” under the current government development plan.
The new terminal will increase the capacity of the airport to 25 millions passengers from a current five million.
