Lootah Real Estate Development has announced that construction works on its The Waves residential project in Dubai are 50% complete.

The Dubai-based real estate developer said in a statement that the project, which is located in Jumeirah Village Circle, is progressing as per schedule and is on track to meet its target handover date.

Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director of Lootah Real Estate Development, said: “We are very pleased to announce that we’re halfway through in delivering this […] property as per schedule. We have completed 50% of the construction work and are looking forward to introducing this residential property to the […] Dubai real estate market.

“The project broke ground in September last year, and we expect to hand it over prior to Q4 2018.”

Comprising 135 units spread across two buildings, The Waves offers studios, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom loft apartments ranging in size from 45m2 to 186m2. The property’s facilities and amenities include a grand lobby, a swimming pool, covered parking spaces, and a gym with a steam room and sauna.
