Property developer Select Group has commenced the handover of The Residences at Marina Gate I, in Dubai Marina.
The 399-unit residential development, which has a built-up area of 105,863m2, features studios, one- to four-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses, and duplex podium villas, according to Select Group.
Moreover, Marina Gate I offers residents a range of amenities including an infinity edge pool, a gymnasium overlooking the marina, squash and paddle tennis courts, children’s pool and play area, an outdoor gym, eight high-speed elevators with a dedicated service elevator, direct access loading dock, residents parking, and a 24-hour concierge service.

Marina Gate I also features direct access to Marina Walk, the developer noted.
Select Group chief executive officer, Rahail Aslam, said: “Marina Gate has raised the bar for developments in Dubai Marina.

The remaining two towers within the development are progressing on schedule, the company revealed, adding that cladding works are ongoing for the topped-out Marina Gate II, with handover scheduled for early next year.
The third and final tower in the development, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, which will be managed by Jumeirah Group under their Jumeirah Living brand, is reportedly also at an advanced stage of construction.
