NEOM announced the launch of a new waterfront luxury tourism and residential community project on the Gulf of Aqaba coastline on Thursday.
Named Norlana, it is the latest ‘region’ megaproject launched after Utamo earlier this week, with a focus on ultra-modern and luxury lifestyle.
Norlana will feature 711 residential properties, including deluxe mansions, spacious apartments and beach villas integrated with the surrounding dunes. It will also be home to a state-of-the-art 120-berth marina that will serve as an international hub for superyachts, with water taxi services available for residents and guests.
Other features include sporting venues geared towards equestrian, tennis, and football events.
