Exclusive CW video tours the construction site of Azizi Developments' four-phased residential megaproject
Indians, Pakistanis, Emiratis, and citizens from across the Gulf are investing in Mirwais Azizi-chaired Azizi Developments’ $3.2bn (AED12bn) Azizi Riviera project in Dubai’s Meydan One, with company chief executive officer, Farhad Azizi, revealing that Emiratis make up 43% of Phase 1's investors.
Azizi Riviera is being developed in four phases, and during Construction Week’s visit to its site, project officials said progress had reached 40% at the development.
Phase 1 of the project has achieved 50% completion, and Phase 2 is 35% complete.
Mohamed Ragheb Hussein, executive director of engineering at Azizi Developments, said 16,000 homes are being built across Azizi Riviera. These units are planned across 71 buildings.
